Does service with a smile make or break your experience when dining out?

As long as the server isn't openly weeping all over the food, or angry to the point of being rude, I don't care if they smile or not.
I wish I didn't have to interact period with minimum wage earning subhumans half the time I never go anywhere because i don't want to look them in the eye. If McDonald's was completely run by robots that would be ideal for me.
I don't care as long as they don't try starting a conversation.

I only go through the drive-thru so I don't need to make eye contact with anyone.

As long as they get my order right, I don't mind.
