No. HTML5 is inherently reliant upon actual programming languages, because HTML - as it's name implies - is strictly a markup language. The only contender capable of deposing flash is JavaScript, but even then that's still several years away. The only thing that'll kill flash is Adobe and Google's planned obsolescence for flash, which they'll probably replace with something equally bloated or worse (probably worse).
