So the file size limit on trash is 4MB, I've posted pictures of 3.xx MB before and done fine, except suddenly it changes to 3MB when trying to post a webm. Is this intended or some bug?

I was dimly hoping that it was intended, to stop some video spam sometime in the past or something, but I realize I am likely wrong.
