Hello yes my IP range is blocked from creating threads on 4chan I am guessing that this is because it is a mobile connection but I have to use cellular because there are no cable companies that have internet in my location, so I think that it is a bit unfair that I will have to pay for a 4chan gold account for the privilege of posting threads when the other people can do it for free, and also if you're worried about ban evasion well dynamic IP people can also ban evade and I am guessing that they aren't rangebanned.
