Of course I also report it, but it may not be evident from the picture itself why it is rule-breaking. I actually spoke about it with the mods on rizon, the one time one of them actually listened to me. The picture itself doesn't give context, but that's all they see if they don't check the thread. One mod also implied that if it's something like a webm they might not notice it, because they usually don't watch it, only see the thumbmail.
