No, what you have there is the universal 4chan cancer culture that dominates any board with popular appeal.
To demonstrate my point, I've blurred certain things in the image and am reposting it. Outside of /a/ which has fierce moderation unlike the others, tell me which moderately to large boards this doesn't fit onto.
It's good that you reject this garbage, but you're fighting an uphill battle in a culture that moved on, or rather sunk into a hole.
