The ultimate attribution error is how people tend to view the negative behavior outsider's as flaws in their personality and insider's positive behaviors
as signs of having a good personality.
In short, it's the tendency to think that positive actions from people you know
as friends mean that they're good people(negative behavior was just a result of the situation) and that negative actions from people you don't like imply that they're bad people(positive actions are just chance occurrences).
