Nononono, twitch chat is fun, I used to chat a lot there, the YT comments tier only applies to big channels with more than 1000 viewers, try searching channels around 20-100 viewers, I wanna be the guy streams are fun with a slow chat, the weeb channels are fun too like Cirno_TV's offline chat is always active (I bet you can chat there right now). Eventually people recognize you from other streams and is fun.
