Technically yes, but at least if you "advertised" for a movie on /tv/ then it would actually be appropriate to some degree, given the topic and name of the board. You understand the difference between a guy making videos on youtube and professionally produced movies and films, right? /tv/ is not about youtube, no matter how hard people want to try to force it there.
