Do you think there is a considerable difference in quality and speed of 4chan as a whole in function of time of the day? For example, let us take GMT. Right now, it's 20:00 in Europe. Using that timezone as a reference, what would be the best time of the day in terms of post quality? Maybe around 3:00 - 5:00, when most norms are sleeping?
