I live in a place where the temperature often exceeds 40 C in the daytime. It rarely gets below 25 C at night. We have strong air conditioners and don't go outside much during summer.

Well the people I live with keep their house at a crisp 65 degrees F so I am literally dying

Keep rollers shut 24/7 and drink a lot. Also only open windows in early morning or late at night
Move as little as possible
