There are no mods on /pol/. Threads that are not politics related (Blacked, racemixing, /ourguy/, etc.) are left up for hours. I agree with /x/ though. Succubus summoning threads are spammed pretty much every day.
/r9k/ particularly is pretty bad, I just checked in and a third of the catalog was filtered. Even /b/ doesn't have so many trap threads.
There is a thread with gay(male) porn webm in /sp/ that still up right now, while perro caca threads are getting nuked (and created again)

Most of my bans on 4chan came from /x/. I haven't been there in a while but unless something changed I'm pretty sure that it's fairly moderated.
