Imagine being janny and having to spend the entire day monitorizing the same 3 generals and deleting every shitpost on them so that it seems like they are actually quality threads, and then the mods decide to move yet another general from /a/ after it has turned into pure cancer and you have yet another general full of retards to babysit and then someone makes a thread asking for a translation of some signpost he found in Japan and you have to delete that too and you ask the mod to make a sticky saying those threads belong on /wsr/ but he ignores you because he's too busy thinking about which /a/ general he will move to /jp/ next and so to wind off you go to the JAV thread and delete posts asking for sources and someone calls you a shitty janitor and the thread derails into a meta discussion which you have to delete to keep the illusion that generals are the best threads on /jp/.
