Is there a way to filter Anons who don't use a trip

Not unless they always post the same keywords or you're willing to write or use code to analyze and classify posts.

i sorta wanna use a trip because not everyone here likes me (im new here btw) but im afraid that would merely escalate the problem...

You can filter MD5 hashes, filenames, filename patterns and specific words. Other than that, no.
