This is my biggest gripe with multiculturalism (only discovered since I moved to Sydney from rural NSW). We as a country are welcoming and have let people in so they have a chance at the good life. The first generation doesn't ever fully integrate but they appreciate how good is because they know how bad it could be.

Then the second generation comes along.
