/BSE/ was bullshit just like potatonigger said. Now that the hype is over, let's get down to brass tacks. What the fuck is forgotten languages?

>>
>>88880685

This shit has been around for years apparently, there's no way that it's just a massive troll. The site clearly required a huge amount of effort, and the English parts contain scientific sources.

You could say that it's perhaps a kind of art gallery, kind of like 973-et-namuh, but I really doubt that's the case.

I guess BSE was a real honeypot.

So I wouldn't allow that to discourage us from doing this now. I'm sure a lot of people a low on steam, but still consider that this was the real thing to focus on, and we just got baited.

>The beauty of the diskus is that it operates as a language creation tool. It seems they know we will not be able to understand their language, and it may be they also accept they will not understand ours, hence the idea of using a device in order for both communication partners to create a language is the best option. Language emerges naturally during this interaction between us and them, a language which just serves the specific purpose it was intended for: to establish a contact.

I'm not sure what to make of the audio tracks/ videos yet. Potatonigger said it would take until tomorrow and that whatever happens will show up in CT scans. Personally, I have felt increasingly bad since a couple hours after watching them, but I could also just be overly high and have a regular-old headache. I mean, come on, a "brain worm"? Isn't that a little preposterous?

More likely than not, Potatonigger doesn't have any evidence to support the claim that those videos were visual weapons until we find out if they were effective tomorrow. Whether or not everything else is legitimate, well... it does seem to check out, so far.

based on some of the writings on the site, he may have been fucking with people. But it's more about altering your brain possibly.

>Summing up: accepting simple explanations is rewarding, and creates pleasant feelings of understanding in an otherwise stressed society. XViS is a powerful tool for non-invasive psychological belief forming, encoding, and false memory formation. Society has never been so ready to accept specific distorted views of reality."

>"Memes allow to modify brain connectivity in specific ways, and to elicit neurodynamics processes that finally encode beliefs. We can so far force a target brain to filter incoming information the way we wish, and we can get that target brain to distort and transmits further the information we want to."

>"Conspiracy theory may be treated as a memeplex that is easily activated by various pieces of information, giving it meaning consistent with the memeplex responses. From neurobiological perspective learning requires adaptation, changing functional connectivity, adjusting physical structure of the brain. Learning is thus energy-consuming, requires effort that should be carried out only when there are potential benefits."

>"Social networking allows us to add new information to the existing pool of interacting memes, or attractor states - the so-called memeplex - which is then replicated further. As we control the information being fed, we obviously control what beliefs will finally be encoded in millions of brains"

>"Once a set of distorted memory states is entrenched it becomes a powerful force, attracting and distorting all information that has some associations with these states, creating even broader basins of attractors. Encoding of information in this way enhances the memeplex and is one of the reasons why conspiracy theories are so persistent."
>>
>>88893634
>>88894173
>"Brain activity evoked by hearing or reading words evokes internal imagery at a high level of invariant, multimodal object recognition. Once all targeted brains share the same memes, truth management becomes an easy task"

>"We failed to encode alien abduction paradigm in other Western societies mainly due to the fact that we failed in deploying PSVs in those areas; the Rendlesham Forest experiment dramatically proved that only previously treated targeted brains were prone to interpret the experience the way we expected, while those untreated brains were immune. Same for black flying triangles, a meme we could not plant into European minds because cultural conditioning was - and is - working against us; actually, the conclusion drawn by neighboring countries was that the Belgian police and army are just naïve, if not straight stupid. Cultural rivalry was at work here."

>"Simple explanation of complex phenomena have thus a great advantage even when they are quite naïve, as long as they do not lead to behaviors that are obviously harmful, or significantly decrease chances for reproduction."

Assuming Sol-3 refers to earth in this title:
"Higher Levels of Communications
with Sol-3 Life Forms" http://forgottenlanguages-full.forgottenlanguages.org/2015/06/higher-levels-of-communications-with.html

>Due to the very different nature of humans the most effective way to communicate with them is by transferring visual information to their brains. The entry point is the eye. Correctly configured, the device ensures that each beam of light, which encodes the information to be transferred, produces a similar response across all contactees. A single photon causes a response that reaches an amplitude of about one pA, it peaks in less than 200 msec, and recovers completely after about 1 sec.

>the rod converts the encoded beam of light into an electrical signal by triggering a G protein-coupled receptor cascade. Hence, the rod generates highly amplified, reproducible signals. The cones operate similarly but with their own set of phototransduction components, and with a lower level of sensitivity than that of the rods. Both rods and cones contribute to the detection of visual information. Cones respond to intensities over a broader range, and lay the basis for color-based visual image transfer to the brain.

>For the case of the retinal molecule, if one assumes that the effective length L, of the optically active part of the molecule is 12,6 angstroms, or 9 carbon atoms, the transition energy is about 2.5 eV. This energy corresponds to a green photon, which corroborates with the absorption curve of the main pigment in retina, the visual purple (rhodopsin), which has a maximum around 5000 angstroms.
>>
>>88898571
>Though no instructions were given to us as to the correct operation of the device, we know these materials present photo induced conductivity that persists after the illumination is turned off. We noticed that the net increase rate of photocurrent becomes slow as the photon energy increases, which explains the observed slower response for more energetic incoming light. In all our interactions with Giselians we were illuminated by a blueish powerful light before the interaction started, which means ambient light must be somehow reduced before the eye-to-eye contact was established.

>The device seems to also work for other vertebrates. Dogs are reported to remain quiet in the presence of Giselians, staring at them motionless. This is not a mind engagement, it is purely the exploitation of our eyes and of the mechanics of human vision on behalf of visual information transfer. This also explains the reported visions seen by abductees while the non Sol-3 life forms stare at their eyes.

I think they are using the videos to experiment with some sort of brain coding.

"Dysyf lyrelys - On Religious Lyrics"
http://forgottenlanguages-full.forgottenlanguages.org/2014/05/dysyf-lyrelys-on-religious-lyrics.html

>What is arguably conjured in the mind’s eye in lyrics evoking moments of the Passion, or indeed of the Nativity, are not so much the ‘real’ events in Bethlehem or on Calvary, but, by an implicitly ekphrastic process, the visual images set up in their turn for contemplation in churches up and down the land.

>Central among these is the planctus Mariae, the lament of the Virgin Mary at the base of the Cross. In this pageant it is set up to intersperse the narrative action with nodes of meditative reflection that are built as a dialogue between Mary and her son on the Cross.

We thoroughly studied the penetration of diffused fields into the facility both analytically and experimentally, and we concluded there were no means to monitor what was happening inside the facility once the intercourse was taking place."

So by activating selected cones in our retina they are able to transfer information without conventional language? Am I understanding this correctly?

It's an interesting idea, and if every individual reacted the same way to it, it would mean they have a literal babelfish provided you could carry meaning and intent through this.

It also has other stranger implications about how are people from totally different language backgrounds able to understand, even on a subconscious level, a 'language' without even knowing it.
>>
>>88901373
the first posts are actually from 2008, so it's at least 8 years of work

if anything, we should make a thread on /x/ if people aren't too interested on this, I gues /pol/ is the better place to do this kind of 'investigative' work since you get a lot more importance (and the 'Irish' poster visits /pol/), but if it gets flooded or if people think of this as just another BSE, then /x/ would be a more welcoming board.

Basically, this website was posted by a guy during the BSE threads with the understanding that it was going to cause a fuckton of shilling anyway.

The website itself contains spoopy videos/ images/ audio, moonrunes, scientific citations, scattered English, and other information which seems to check out. If true, it carries enormous political implications (including disclosure.)

If you can't see, zoom in by holding down ctrl and scrolling with your mousewheel. I would try to explain it better, but I'm about to pass out from exhaustion over here. If you really can't read the links, I suggest you follow this one:
...and just click around on the stuff that you find interesting. There aren't any screamers, and nothing will play by itself in case you are worried about getting a brain worm.

Read through this thread, too. People have found some really interesting shit on/ to do with this site.

On one hand, if it really is some goverment/ruling elite site where they discuss lingusitics/laser weapons/alien artifacts/psyops/mind control,
then why do it in public, and why have it all jumbled in 12 different languages?

On the other hand, if it's just an autistic sperglord (or a handfull of them) who posts it as bait for conspiracy theorists, why do it for 7 years? And why devote so much effort to neatly cite citations and references? And why make 200+ videos on youtube? Have we really hit autism levels never before thought possible?

That's the thing: It's actually just two languages, English and this "derivative" of Romanian. The other "languages" seem more like symbol alphabets or apparent systems of coding than in-use languages, and there are musings that we'd need extremely advanced programs to even begin to get through some of them.

What we can do is start by rounding up some fucking Romanians, get them on the job and seeing if they can get any of the shit that isn't already translated into English. Maybe get some people to check out the coordinates, dig through articles, etc... figure out exactly what the hell is going on.

If there's anything /pol/ is good at, it's digging.

>>
>The idea was this:

>- to analyze syntactic and morphological drift for a given set of
languages, and to explore whether such a drift produces a semantic drift
correlate.

>In order to do so, we designed a software, called Nodespaces, that acts
as a genetic algorithm that takes as input a given language and then, by
stimulated annealing, subjects the language to a set of stochastic
rules. If we consider the language as a complex adaptive system, by
changing the boundary conditions the language is forced to adapt itself,
thus changing its syntactic structure and its morphological internal
structure.

>Obviously, a boundary condition was this: change as you wish, but the
change must yield a syntactically and phonetically coherent language.
The result shows that language is also a dissipative structure, one that
can finally derive in a total colapse of communication, unless you
impose some restrictive superstructure upon it. We found it was then
better to introduce the self-organizing constraints into the system.

This is over my head

Guys the more of these I read, the more I'm thinking that this is a work of some really dedicated, tenacious and hardworking autist that just wants to fuck with people's brains.

Each of these "articles" are essentially a collage of various semi-related articles in different languages, glued randomly together with a photoshop of a semi-relevant picture. There were some croatian/serbian fragments that I understood, but were from different sources, about different topics, huddled together, but don't read as a whole.
>>
I don't know if this is obvious, but my guess is:
>some secret order or group wants to contact aliens
>in order to do so, we need a common language
>obviously, we can't learn ayylium and they can't speak/learn an earthen language
>they set foot to design a language that we both can speak/learn
>contract a lot of linguists to do so
>design a program that takes a lot of man hours to finish
>they now write some articles to contact aliens with their now fabricated language
>videos are probably an audiovisual way to do communicate too

also, they Romanian seemed to be a language associated with vampires or something, I'm not saying I believe that, but at least that's what the guy at http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread958299/pg1 could figure out

We could already tell that the topics tend to blend together somewhat because the few English translations that do exist do so as well. I think this is less because random articles are being strung together as a prank and moreso because of the highly articulate style of the writing, given as most of these blurbs seem like they'd make sense sequentially if we had more information.

What we need is to figure out the missing pieces. Not the whole site or anything necessarily, just the important parts.

Incidentally, which one were you reading, and what did you manage to translate?

"Experimental paradigms for studying
cognition and communication in Sol-3 humans"

>In order to test experimental paradigms for direct examination of such properties of inter-species communication as the rate of information transmission, knowledge gain, and flexibility.

>no matter how advanced two species are, if their respective biologies differ they will not be able to communicate at all. And the idea that the more advanced species of the two will easily understand the "language" of the less advanced species is clearly wrong: humans do not communicate with plants, insects, or birds.

>Previous experimental paradigms were simple. We simply exposed humans to phenomena they could sense forcing them to transfer a specific amount of information to each other. We know exactly the quantity of information to be transferred. Observation of how they organize once exposed gave us enough information as to infer how their communication strategy works.

>Probes were sent and located in specific locations over humans' nests. The number of probes, the deployment configuration, whether they blink or remain stationary, triggered a transfer of information that was monitored and analyzed. This experimental approach enable the study of important characteristics of Sol-3 human communication, such as the rate of information transmission, the complexity of transferred information and the potential flexibility of their communication systems.
>>
>>88912661
>information transmission by distant homing proved humans in Sol-3 do have cognitive abilities, work in constant teams, and share the information on their findings only with members of its team. They also showed the ability to grasp regularities in the patterns to which they were exposed and to use these regularities for coding and compressiing information, and to add and subtract symbols to optimise their messages. Yet, full communication with Sol-3 humans is critically impaired due to the biological barrier. The question on how to communicate with geochemical beings is still an open question.

Edward Bernays was a pioneer in propaganda for those unaware. Propaganda is meant to change and sway opinion and belief, and is very much what a number of these articles are discussing. Communicating information in alternate way to complete a specific goal.

Normal Linguistic Steganography Methodology: Covert Communications and the Noiseless Steganography Paradigm
>http://forgottenlanguages-full.forgottenlanguages.org/2012/06/normal-linguistic-steganography.html

>Linguistic steganography is the scientific art of avoiding the conception of suspicion in covert communications by concealing data in a linguistic based textual cover. The goal is not to hinder the adversary from decoding the hidden message, but to prevent the arousal of suspicion in covert communications. Fundamentally, when using any steganographic technique if suspicion is raised, the goal of steganography is defeated regardless of whether or not a plaintext is revealed.

>The NORMALS ensures that the communicating parties establish a secure covert channel for transmitting the hidden message covertly. In other words, NORMALS naturally camouflages the delivery of a hidden message in such a way as to appear legitimate and innocent.

>The conclusion of NORMALS' experiment of word frequency is as follows. Since NLGS is based on a domain-specific subject, then when applying Zipf's law, NORMALS Cover should be similar to a Zipfian slope of its domain-specific subject (the unaltered authenticated data of the same domain that contains no hidden message), and it is not required to fully obey Zipf's law. To emphasize, if the Zipfian slope of the NORMALS' domain-specific subject (the unaltered authenticated data of the same domain that contains no hidden message) is equal to N value, then NORMALS Cover should be either equal or close to that N value.

Zipf's Law -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zipf%27s_law

If I understand correctly, based on the PHYSICAL frequency of communication use, the word is repeated multiple times, while others are not due to their physical frequency.

So in theory, meticulously choosing certain words can create greater emphasis based on it frequency repetition. Ultimately allowing to instill the message in a certain way.

Izmir Secret Communities under Ottoman Rule
>http://forgottenlanguages-full.forgottenlanguages.org/2014/08/hannah-arendt-and-deconstruction-of.html

>There existed a secret Jewish-Christian sect emerging from Sabbatean circles in Prague in the 1720s that was based on documents of the Moravian Church first published in the late nineteenth century. He assumed, based on his reading of these documents, that this sect was established as early as the late seventeenth century.

>In the case of the kabbalah, the situation was even more complicated and painful to the guardians of Jewish culture because the Christians had jumped the gun, so to speak, by publishing at their will what the rabbis would never have allowed their own coreligionists to do so openly. And these same Christian Hebraists were taking liberties with previously protected Jewish secrets in a manner the rabbis deemed irresponsible and theologically dangerous.

Idols and Images in Disintegrating Modern Societies

>In a sculpture from an Egyptian temple we see Phtha, adoring the sistrum, or barred yoni, the symbol of virginity or chastity to which Phtha, the Opener, pays his devotions, by masturbating and by protruding his tongue.

>It follows from these considerations that the head mentioned by Ruskin as occurring on the church of St. Mary the Beautiful, in Venice, really means abject self-abasement in adoration of womanhood or of virginity.

>Nor were they confined to one species of vice the promiscuous intercourse of free-born men and women; but from this storehouse of villainy proceeded false witnesses, counterfeit seals, false evidences, and pretended discoveries. From the same place, too, proceeded poison and secret murders, so that in some cases not even the bodies could be found for burial. Many of their audacious deeds were brought about by treachery, but most of them by force; it served to conceal the violence, that, on account of the loud shouting, and the noise of drums and cymbals, none of the cries uttered by the person suffering violence or murder could be heard abroad.

It appears this may be addressing the connection of ancient religion with more recent ones and the lies and treachery of secret societies. Especially when considering the image included with the article.

>>88920337
Not so sure, it sounds like they don't have much of an idea of what is going on there.

Except the top comment talking about the combination of languages and how they are likely being put together. Which at the same time they are saying they definitely do not think it's a hoax. That same person is right, it's not just some vampire RP.
>>
>>88920474
So that's where I get especially tripped up. We have a reasonable theory that it's a bunch of linguists seeking to create the ultimate encrypted language via anti language. Theoretically, only the people on that site can understand what is being said. I suspect that's precisely *why* they use a wide open, clear web site that can even be googled by other linguists. They are essentially testing their product. One assumes that includes testing it against NSA, Etc who presumably have multiple scripts and bots that comb for just these kinds of sites.

For all we know it IS spooks.

But the ayyyylmaos stuff is where I get tripped up. They talk about a ton of ayyy/higher power inter dimensional stuff. My question, why do they only translate spoopy articles into English? Is that to further draw in autists like us who might attempt to crack their code? Why the coordinates? Why the Dark Millineum project?

Maybe they are nerdy linguistics PhDs just having a little inside joke. But they focus intensively also on poetry as a primal means of memetic conveyance, and their audio/visual presentations are not slap dash. If it really is that heavily encrypted based on multiple dead languages, wew lad.

I've always considered myself pretty bright, but that's a entirely higher level of genius.

The other possibility is its a full disclosure they are hiding in plain sight. I'm not loving that angle, cause it doesn't sound fun.
I have seen the idea of culture interpretations of abduction mythos as a main cause for more reports of absuctions- people see what they expect to see.

I think the extensiveness certainly takes it beyond the realm of an inside joke or something of the like.

But I think that you are right. If they are concealing something it is in plain site because in theory, who could figure it out? And at the same time if they are able to encode this information into media or other outlets they could transfer the information without anyone even knowing.

If the videos are meant to stay with in the same spirit as the site, these techniques of encoding are certainly being attempted or executed in the videos.

Based on some of their articles about the difficulties between humans and ayyyylmao, it would make sense to have multiple mediums. Although everyone who has watched multiple videos prior to any discussion of the site walks away with the same impressions.
I was in the thread when Irish anon just started posting weird languages and YouTube links with no descriptions. I actually watched them with no idea what he was on about, and some made me feel really comfy like vapor wave, and some made me feel very apprehensive and creeped out.

It was after I watched that he mentioned they were encoding shit into them. (Kind of a dick move if he really believes that. I don't personally.)

That said, there were talks at Davos in the last few years discussing hive mind technology CURRENTLY IN USE. So if they are talking about it at Davos, the tech must be way more widespread. Coincidentally (or maybe not) Davos has also began discussing the precariat at more often.
One researcher at a Davos forum even discussed that they have he ability to implant memories...currently. As of now.

This is a more interesting rabbit hole than BSE. Could be bullshit, but at the very least we've stumbled upon some super ultra IQ level linguistics fucking around with dead languages and making them into their own encrypted languages.

And that's the normie level of the site.
>>
>>88923772
Yeah, prior to exploring the articles I had watched probably 5 of the videos. And even spent some time rewatching some and reading some of the random text or what seemed to be poetry that is flashed on screen for incredibly short times.

Also noticed what appeared to be either different languages or reversed dialogue in a different language. Also, in some of the videos they use odd or abrasive frequencies, specifically used to create tension or stress in the listener. Which basically breaks down the user in a way that makes them more susceptible to transferring intended information.

Also notably, layering of imagery and hidden messages and images in the videos.

Whether these encoding are successful, I don't know. But they're trying to accomplish something. I can say I felt pretty uneasy while watching some of them. Notably, at the beginning of one video it specifically mentions "biophobia" and reprogramming it in humans, or something along that line.

biophobia definition oxford dictionary:
>refusal or marked reluctance to consider or accept biological (especially genetic or evolutionary) factors or theories in relation to human life.
>>
>>88924536
>odd/abrasive frequencies

That's the perfect way to put it. Once German anon said he was nauseous for a bit after watching one video. The sound/light combinations could definitely do that.
Take flash/bang grendades for example:
Military/cop fags who have seen them used can confirm: many people react to them going off by puking. I would imagine there's an insanely deep genetic encoding for humans to detest certain sound/light combos. I myself, while not prone to seizures, cannot abide by strobe lights. I get nauseous, migraines, shit like that. So there certainly biological evidence behind anons feeling sick.

I wonder if they aren't exploring those frequencies. We all know about strobe lights and seizures. What we don't as much about is frequencies and bodies. Maybe there's even some truth to the brown note?

They clearly put a ton of time into those videos and they make a ton of them, so there's obviously a reason, and I really suspect it goes beyond just being isn't vapor wave as a hobby.

I wish I could break down the MP4 files and whatnot.

Biophobia maybe as in fear of life. This reminds me of the method of generational and societal warfare known as demoralization, put the young into a state of fear early enough and with a strong logical premise and you can create a generation of NEETS, rest in pieces society.

The videos specifically sound exactly how I would do it too, bombard people who are already suggestible enough to think there is something valuable in these videos with message units through an erratic display.

This seriously is even more pleb tier than the BSE shit. It's a bunch of gibberish autism.
>>
>>88925233
Thinking about it more the IrishAnon was definitely priming people to have specific responses to the media, and he obviously knew that (or he wouldnt be posting videos he has claimed are psychologically toxic, enjoy your tumor etc.) I am guessing that he is part of this group and this is some sort of testing phase, maybe they think they can pierce the collective consciousness by infecting the memetic dispensaries such as our humble forum. Everything else presented on the site could be secondary to the function of this demoralization virus as a means of baiting in victims.

In short I do not recommend watching the videos.
>>
>>88922593
Sorry I don't want a brain worm. I'm too spooked atm.
>>
>>88925019

Yeah, it's very possible for audio to have a physical effect on a person. People called bullshit on the anon that felt sick because if I remember correctly, someone gave the disinformation that it would cause a brain tumor or something stupid. So a bunch of people just discredited it.

But tomorrow when I have more energy I'll take a few of the audio files from the videos and see what can be found by breaking them down in Pro Tools.

Thinking back on the signs of badselfeater though it was accurate. He posted the Stalin quote "the death of one person is a tragedy, the death of one million is a statistic". That relates to abortion.

He also posted a picture of Europe being gone from a map, where birth rates are low and abortion is high.

>priming people to have specific responses to the media

i can't tell if it's for good or bad though. there's a part of me that thinks if hillary dies, they will come out over the media with something huge that will trap us mentally. i don't know how, but probably by those reinforcing words or something.

the whole hiding and encoding messages just makes it feel even darker: the deceiver.

tin foil or not there's a lot of connections here between religion, language, culture itself and the devices used to manipulate all of them.

Implanting ideas is very easy.

To add to my previous post.

They talk about the butterfly effect in one of their posts, what better way to spread a mental virus than to spread it through memetic dispensaries like our forum? What better way to bait us than to use over the top encryption and stories of aliens?
>>
>>88926409
I'm not saying it's not well thought out. I haven't looked deeply into the site, maybe I'm missing something.

My point is that if they had the ability to harm or implant thoughts/ideas in this manner they wouldn't be using a bunch of gibberish tin foil hat shit. They would hide it in mainstream media, not fringe conspiracy sites.

>The loyal feeling for the common globe is achieved, maintained and changed by shared symbolizing, and such symbolizing can create an emotional group identity. What happened before with the social construction of nationalism can happen again, at a global scale. That feeling will last a short period of time, however. The very moment you realize the language chosen to communicate the truth is not yours, that truth becomes meaningless to you. And a probable lie.

This is so fucking weird. It's obvious bait for super high IQ people, but to what end? Who would fund or contribute to such a project?

This. If someone gets shown the video without confirmation bias and feels that way then I might be open to it.

That's a valid theory. Especially because he's gone now, pops out of nowhere, spams this shit, gives us a final non task (seek gibberish) and bails.

This site was discussed at length for years on ATS, and apparently at /x/ also. That may have been their initial intent, to go viral. But they went to the wrong memetic distribution locus.

You definitely might be onto something, because my instinct alone was to immediately show my wife. A voice told me not to, and I listened.

I think I agree with you that we shouldn't watch them.

Society constantly fluctuates between two extremes, through the control of the opposition you can manipulate these extremes from destroying you. This is well known by societal planners, a rise of nationalism is not desirable but it is inevitable, better for the globalists to initiate the rise of nationalism themselves, lead it themselves and then end it themselves. Furthermore there has already been a successful trial run on the left, we can assume they would be stupid not to apply it to the right as well.

The lie mentioned in this post may refer to this operation that I assume is already ongoing (I assume it is because it is good tactics for the elite to do so)

The bait is there are plenty of autists on this site that once fed an idea and presented with something they don't immediately understand will spend countless hours dissecting the shit. Maybe that's their tactic and they hope we will spread it via meme magic.

If I may, your post made me think about KEK. Its ultrameme, sure, but i noticed, that overwelmingly its used by atheists, while christfags are more restrained. Putting aside obvious assumption, that it is compensation for the lack of spirituality, could it be that atheists are more suseptible for subversive world-perceptible(religious) memes? If yes, could ironical-unironical religious well-contstruct memes like KEK, and probably marxism, could be a reliable defense against other subversive memes, while not restricting out abilty for logical assuptions, for example.
Just thoughstream. sorry for bad english

>The very moment you realize the language chosen to communicate the truth is not yours, that truth becomes meaningless to you. And a probable lie.

The medium (language) they're referring to here is memetics.
>>
>>88927392

I wouldn't dismiss it so easily. HLI (who i'm totally skeptical of) was talking about the hundredth monkey concept; it fits here.
>>
>>88927318
There are probably a dozen languages used throughout the site and lots of others that are either extinct and esoteric languages or made up/encoded by using multiple languages. So, it's likely not a native english speaker.
>>
>>88927513
What's the hundredth monkey concept?
>>
>>88927318
Maybe because they can speak 50+ languages that their English begins to suffer a bit?
>>
>>88927063
Good point, we better keep an eye out, maybe screencap some of this shit so the narrative doesnt get out of hand tomorrow.
>>
>>88927318
It's a native English speaker... the dialect is 'detached academic' - the tone that they're writing from is that of an outsider, an alien. For the theme, in general.
>>
>>88927636

viral ideas:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hundredth_monkey_effect

> purported phenomenon in which a new behavior or idea is claimed to spread rapidly by unexplained means from one group to all related groups once a critical number of members of one group exhibit the new behavior or acknowledge the new idea

/pol/ is a laboratory.
>>
>>88927636
Once an idea propagates to 100 monkeys they suddenly all know it, based on some supposed experiment done where 100 monkeys on an island were shown how to use some kind of natural tool, monkeys on the mainland started using them inexplicably.

>>
>>88928243
I was referring to the hundredth monkey thing when I mentioned sociology
>>
>>88927466
That's a really interesting point.
I don't have the articles on hand, but they reference that non pre-meme conditioned minds do not have a point of reference contextually for certain suggestions, ergo the suggestions do not take.

I am, for example, a Catholic. Went to catholic school for 13 years, stopped going to Mass due to the molestatiin scandals, still wear a scapular daily. The KEK shit makes me chuckle, I find the spontaneous creation of a new religion and its attendant rules and structures organically developing in a fascinating way.
But I have no real interest in KEK, except that occasionally I have twinges of concern that pagan worship is not a good idea. Every major world religion warns against it.

Marxism is similarly dogmatic and would seem likely to produce the same outcomes, as you mention.

So basically, your theory would read: not only to you have to have an open mind (atheistic, in this case) but also have zero preprogrammed memetic foundation?
>>
>>88927352
Dude I'm not shilling, I just do not have the sort of intelligence or patience for this. Some of the articles I saw were 17th century danish poetry. The Japanese ones wouldnt translate at all and the hiragana just spells out mostly nonsense

But the one that pissed me off was spending 15 minutes dissecting this bullshit article word by word until I figured out it was Zimbabwean. Which was really neat until I then realized it was encrypted.

I may not be a shill but I will see if my buddy at the NSA can look at it. He's in a codebreaking shop.
>>
>>88928323
I get that, but the traditional 100th monkey thing implies that ideas can be spread even between groups that aren't in contact. By the time the 100th monkey learned a new skill, monkeys on a distant island also gained the skill, without having any contact... it's bunk, of course.

However, there's a lot of stuff in forgotten languages about memetic transmission, and electromagnetic manipulation of consciousness that would relate back...

The idea being: if enough of us are thinking about this, it doesn't matter if we stop talking about it or delete all the threads. We're fucking with the electromagnetic spectrum (consciousness) of everyone around us no matter what. We're carrying a cognitive virus.
