We hit a threshold that we are forming more med graduates than more the vacancies they can apply for specialization even for general physician. Our NHS is not giving great prospect due to financial and economic status of our country and students are not getting the specialities or even getting to one with low number of vacancies. Our govt. won't lower numerus clausus in university until it gives general population of Portugal that there are physicians for everyone and there is significant unemployment of medical staff. In other prospect to lower wages in short time. And they also probably get corrupted by foreign interest to form other physicians to other countries.

Who loves these cheap after med school graduated are suprisinsly the other countries in EU and Switzerland. I've got two colleagues that went to UK and were mad about Brexit.
