Blacks are leaving the cities as a result of dying off via AIDS, murder, etc. They're below replacement population.

Also they're moving south because the minimum wage in the north favors qualified labor, why pay a retard with no skills (most blacks) $15/hr? You'll pick a skilled or trustworthy white who's better at PR with customers for $15/hr.

They're moving to the south to actually find jobs that are willing to pay them, and these jobs are generally paying less than min wage in the north, or their benefits are too low in the north to justify high costs of living.
