Celtiberians didn't have a pantheon like the Greeks did. We shared some gods with the celts, but pretty much every single region had their own god/goddess, so we're looking at possibily thousands of gods, of which we may know around a hundred or so. Google up celtiberian/lusitanian gods for a few of them, but yeah... quite hard for modern Spanish pagans, me thinks.

Regarding ancient pagan tradition you want to read about old Galician traditions. Some of that shit is clearly pre-roman and has been conserved (more or less) thanks to how mountainous the place is. Other than that we're a proudly Catholic people, OP. Deal with it.
