Depends on your lifestyle desu. I can do shit like reading while at work without getting in shit, so that helps. And my workplace does have a built in gym that I can use while on my brakes, so it doesn't interfere too much and this leaves me more time for social/constructive things. Hunting and Fishing more or less depends on the season/year.
