My art teacher was honest about both sides and hated modern "art."
My astronomy teacher was based as hell, whenever he drew stick figures he'd draw Hmong with slanted eyes and fill in blacks with black marker. He also didn't give a shit about the feelings of a fat ass transgender who identified as a "woman." Everyone in the school, even the most liberal, made fun of "her" because "she" was ugly as fuck. Even the high school drag queen made fun of "her." Hopefully HE sorted HIMself out, or killed "her"self.

My friends sister is a Spanish teacher (his family is colombian) and on her facebook she posts the usual insane shit like all white people are racist, and that they should have no voice in conversations.

I thought about calling her school pretending to be the father of one of the students and saying I was offended by her facebook posts and that I didn't want a teacher with such lopsided values teaching a class of mostly white students. Just to get her fired.

It was the only literature class during middle school, in high school though my Lit teacher was the lovechild of /pol/ and /leftypol/.
She grew up next to a literal down syndrome couple who had down syndrome kids, and she said some people shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. She disliked Walker for the whole teachers' union thing, but didn't compare him to Hitler. When Bush Jr. came to our school, the FBI wouldn't allow her near the him. She taught us that George Orwell left Spain when communists tried to kill him for not being left-wing enough when we were reading 1984 and Animal Farm.
We read classical Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet, and she cringed when someone told her of the emoji versions.
