If you want to make a white country why not make it in a place where white people have historically lived? Migrate to Brittany en mass and when you have enough supporters demand independence from France and hold a referendum. Brittany is a relatively fertile area and is part of Europe with a small land border with no direct connection to Africa meaning it would be much easier to regulate the borders, much less likely to be invaded, and would be easier for white nationalists in Europe to migrate to Brittany.

Buying enough semi-modern tanks to equip a tank battalion would probably cost $200 million minimum just for the tanks, and that is nowhere near enough to defeat say the Nigerian army, let alone if Nigeria was willing to use conscription to field a larger military.
