It's doesn't have nearly the degree of polish of his major works, he makes factual errors in it, pointed out by editor John Morgan. I'd actually read Men Among the Ruins after Revolt. Doctrine of Awakening, if read by someone genuinely interested a raising themselves to a higher state (and what non-degenerate isn't), should be read early as well. Ride the Tiger is difficult. I think it takes multiple readings, and study of the outside philosophical currents he's discussing (for most people). Evola is definitely the most important writer out there for us post-WWII men. He is the best at informing us what properly constituted men and societies look like.
