You guys mixed up your shifts or what? There's already a race bait thread.

1.) clearly defined boundaries between "races" are a social construct. there are definitely groups of people tied by genetics, but there is overlap with nearby groups and so on.

2.) there are minor differences between groups and they show at the highest level. the differences don't make much of a difference at average levels in large groups.

3.) citation needed for such a bold claim

4.) even if we are different, thinking in terms of groups and not individuals is very un-American and very old fashioned.

Ahh why am I still biting....

Nigeria and Haiti are full of West Africans yet they suck at athletics. It's just a positive feedback loop, blacks get told they are good at running, they put a lot of money and effort into athletics programmes for their populations. The other reason is that running is an easy sport to train, don't need any equipment or anything, this makes it appeal to poor blacks. Cycling uses your legs too, don't see many blacks in that because it's a rich man's sport.

Its also well established the difference in twitch muscles between groups from europe, east and west africa. So there must be a genetic contribution.

Race is socially constructed
Ethnicity is real and a genetically proven fact. This would give more legitimacy to Ethnic Nationalism since it's based on actual science.
