Multiculturalism works when the cultures are similar to eachother in some base values. Mudslime/various mudslime nations culture is incredibly incompatible with western culture. Mudslime cultures clash so much with western civilizations that its like they're oil trying to mix with pure wholesome water, just isn't going to happen.

Multiculturalism is a nice goal but in the end its just very slow assimilation and merging of them into one after a while. Multiculturalism isn't so simple as to be good or bad, it is something that CAN work but in some cases can never work without absolutely dismantling or dominating an incompatible culture until its dead.
