That really gets into the effective usage of labor. Managers understand how to use labor more efficiently than the freelancer for the most part. That and they absorb the overhead costs from directing labor. Truth is most people don't have the aptitude to work for themselves.

A job interview isn't only about begging a potential boss for a job, but about determining whether the company and the job is right for you. Employment is an agreement between two parties. Be humble.
