Both your options suck.

One is massive federalization, the other is balkanization.

A union of states with a limited federal government is what has helped make us
the great nation we are.

We just need to get back to the government we were intended to have.

Agreed. We just need to get back to what it was intended to be.

Put in term limits, pass a balanced budget amendment, get rid of EEOC, and independently audit the fed regularly.

The would be a good start.
