What should the minimum level of whiteness be for the ethnostate, /pol/?
I say 95%.
Modern DNA testing is still a pretty new science, and there is lots of statistical noise, which is why even the most Aryan looking guys can test .01% jewish on (((23&me))) and other sites.
Obviously I think it's a good idea to require genetic testing for citizenship, it's the only way to be sure the nation remains pure.
95% seems like enough that any statistical noise in the DNA would be negligible and would be bread out of the population after a long enough time.
Obviously the ethnostate would have to take other important precautions, like putting the 95% clause in their constitution to make it harder for democratically elected saboteurs to mess things up. Boarder protection would be key too.

We could have several levels, like one with an 80% req., one with 90, 95 and a 99% one for the pure bloods like myself.
