Intelligence versus rightness.
Many say that liberals are generally more intelligent than conservatists.

This is only true because of the fact that the average low income white is not very educated and simply votes republican for some reason.
As far adjusting for average education level, conservatives who go to college are much more intelligent than the average leftist.

There are lots of liberals in the 120 iq range who think they are smart. In my opinion 120 is is where people are the most easy to convince of stupid ideas. I consider it the smugness range.
