How about, everyone has basic rights as a human, but if you shit it up for others by being stupid or violent then you lose respect from others?
Cultures full of people with no work ethic, low iq's, rampant greed/violence/laziness don't merit respect from other cultures. I have no problem treating everyone as individuals but I'm not going to lie to myself about genetic and environmental predispositions. I have no problem helping others, who prove they are working to help themselves as much as they can.
