Could it be that he's not mass deporting Mexiclets from favelas in the south-west because if he did it in one big blip it would gather too much sympathy? What if he's stretching out ICE's crackdowns over 4 years so no one notices most Illegals will be gone by then. I think if Trump deliberately wanted to fuck up, he would have deported all and built a wall in the first month. He's definitely /our guy/ and he knows what he's doing.

This is exactly what ICE is doing. The deportations are happening. They are gradually picking up steam and keep happening at a steady pace. Deportations are up by a large percentage from this time last year.
They are not happening in one big swoop like in the 1950s because they don't want to cause a mass panic. That, and the wall needs to be built before we can ensure the problem doesn't happen again.
I keep trying to tell people, you no longer have to worry about demographic issues in the USA. Just be sure to pick up the phone and call ICE when you know someone is an illegal migrant. That's it. Drop the tiki torch shit.
