Why isn't there more international pressure on Turkey to stop supporting ISIS?
Israel prefers ISIS to Syria.

I like the turkey and roast beef from Jimmy Johns.
But I get the lettuce wrap, because I don't want chemical bread.
It sits well with me, and I look at the world as peaceful.
Turkey, the country, is a lot more complex, and is a big mix of Christians, pseudo-Muslims, atheists, and people from Germany.
I think most of ISIS support is from Saudi Arabia, but Trump administration won't go there.

Turkey is a wedge issue for American geopolitics. Most American citizens, given an unbiased history of the Turks and the Kurds, would believe that the Kurds should have their own state.
Anyone in the government knows that if we let that happen, the whole Middle East basically disintegrates. So they're keeping the story quiet and the attention elsewhere, in the hopes that it'll go away on its own. Personally I don't think the toothpaste is going back into the tube this time.
