How realistic are DNA test? I'm thinking of taking one, but I don't wanna waste 100 bucks on some woodoo shit. Is this stuff legit? I heard somewhere it's partially bullshit, because you can't track DNA to specific regions, it's just that an accumulation of the same DNA is found in certain areas, is that true?
What's your opinion on this, or is it blue pilled /bringustogether/ bullshit?

They collect samples from local populations (presumably genetically distinct) and examine your sample for matches. In the breakdown, it appears as a percentage of how much you have in common with a "native". Overall, your makeup is displayed as a pie chart and a regional map with highlights. Yes it can be vague and unhelpful, but most people use the service to find relatives and biological parents, which is accurate. As for bluepilled stuff, I only ever saw that deployed to cover their ass when giving you your results, saying something like how people migrate a lot so any population is technically mixed. Bottom line OP, prepare to be disappointed even though you might get what you want. That means if 100 is something you're not comfortable with spending, wait until it is.
