USA, if you don't want to be shit then have higher taxes. Because then you will have more money for for example education and health care.
If the goverment has enough money for for example health care and education, then the citizens of said country don't have to pay a huge amount of money to have the same things that the goverment can provide with enough money.
So if we have a country with low taxes, then the country might not get enough money for things that the citizens of said country need. BUT, if you raise the taxes then maybe the tax dollars from maybe the millions of inhabitants of said country could together be a whole lot more.
