The blame for that higher policing is always placed on blacks instead of anti-black propganda created by racist white people that spread throughout the Jim Crow, to the civil Rights era, to the war on drugs era, and continues to now.
Tell me why blacks and whites use drugs at equal rates but jails are filled with several more times blacks than whites for drug crimes? Where are the police and raids on white college campuses, upper muddle class neighborhoods, and wall Street? People are definitely using drugs there.
There are no police because those people have poltical or economic power to get away with that shit. Poor blacks AND whites do not. The police target the poor and economically depressed, which is disproportionately black. This is what privilege is.
