People that don't respond when I say hello.
I fucking loose my shit over it.
I know we're weird and basically say hello to everyone over here, but that's just basic human interaction level.

My favourite is when you say hello, so they stare into their phone. You say hello again and they grunt at you. You say hello three times and they ignore you completely. Eventually you just push them out the way so you can reach the milk.
