Sodium bicarb my man. Mix it with some sugar, when the roaches eat it, due to the physiology of their stomachs, they will die. The acid releases carbon dioxide and they cannot burp. Eventually their stomachs will explode

I've trying that but I'm not sure if it's working since I bought it on a pharmacy and it might be for human use instead, since it came in a little jar

Go get a house centipede. They're fast, always hungry, and only eat other bugs. It cant pierce human skin so other that being terrifying looking it wont hurt you. Don't get more than one or they'll just kill each other. One should be plenty to clear the entire apartment anyway unless you've got a terrible infestation.
