I've been riding my bike to work (12 miles each way 5 times a week) and lifting 3 times a week for the last few months. Results are quite good. The fun part is that I haven't had to do any impulse control. With that much exercise I basically get to eat whatever I want.

also, carbs are what make you hungry by causing insulin to rise locking away fat in storage, and preventing it from being used until the insulin returns to a low level(I think it can be like 10 hours for that to happen)
so on a keto diet, you just tend to not feel hungry, as you are eating your bodyfat instead. I typically eat once a day, a steak, lamb chops or fish, with fried onions and mushrooms, maybe with a cream sauce. brocolli, cabbage, leafy salads, carrots are all ok
and if you only eat once a day, you can spend a bit more on it
