Fascism was on the rise worldwide before the war. There were growing fascist movements in america and the UK, as well as other less relevant countries.
If hitler had waited a few years to attack poland he could have secured Spanish support and at least British neutrality, after that france would have been a pushover and the USSR would have been kept in check by a united europe. Japan was a shitty ally and never stood a chance against the US. If hitler had used better diplomacy he could have secured the US as a trading partner and gotten a non aggression pact. This would have left him completely free to do whatever he wanted in eastern europe.

If hitler had waited maybe 5 years then the post war world would have looked very different. The British Empire would still exist with a legitimate fascist party, america would be basically the same, though more conservative again with a legitimate fascist party. China would have gone fascist. The Reich would a superpower today controlling much of europe and parts of asia. Italy would control most of Africa. The cold war would have probably still happenned, though it would have been US/UK vs Germany/italy.
