Start the movie where she wakes up (with audience not knowing how/why) and then add the first part of movie as a flashback inserted after she finds out what he did (audience finds out when she does). Since it is only indies and blockbusters with nothing in between directors wont progress anymore like they used to. It is bunch of same guys that have made lots of high budget for last two decades are still there doing same shit. Basically bunch of old guys that have lost their mojo.

It is pure greed and not taking risks. So established IP's like comic books are exploited to the point that there is only burned out hulk remaining. Franchises. Easy crossovers of popular characters played by some huge star and introducing new heroes to make next spinoff.

But it saddens me whenever I discover some low to medium budget older film, sometimes not even that old, 80's and 90's stuff. I give it a watch and it's just fucking fantatic, just unbelievable creative, well acted, good practical effects. And then I remember that this is literally some no name film I'd never heard off and only found by browsing list of good films and picking random shit of the list to download that looked interesting.

All this hard work to make what are some great films. All forgotten. Culture just passed over it, like it never happened. Yet some gay shit like Avengers 27: Greyhawk vs Silverfang or someshit is getting tons of sales and media coverage. Sometimes the sheer saturation of the market sadens me that such good films can be overlooked and forgotten about, and not make any cultural impact at all despite being very good.

Also it really shows that even forgotten films of the past can be much better than anything put out today.

I think part of the problem is Hollywood has a talent crises.

The current line-up of actors suck, diversity hires, Jewish nepotism, comedians are no longer funny, the writers are all hacks, all the directors feel like their fresh out of film school, and top of that Hollywood seems content on using China as a profit buffer than making a quality film.
