Should sex work like stripping be decriminalized and/or legalized?

This is a red board which means that it's strictly for adults (Not Safe For Work content only). If you see any illegal content, please report it.

Should sex work like stripping be decriminalized and/or legalized? Or should it be even further criminalized? They call it the worlds oldest profession for a reason. I think it should be decriminalized. Just like alcohol prohibition, once something is embedded in a nation's culture, asking the state to prohibit it always does more harm than good.

Pic related, I live in the number one city in the country for strip clubs per capita... social justice strippers are a thing now apparently. Good grief. Its alright, just let these thots rob their future to pay the present and the fools who toss their money at them are less competition for me.

Strippers are less than people.
Not a good think to let your population do for money.
>>
how can it be further decriminalized? Strip clubs are all right as they are I think as long as they're certain distances from schools and locational awareness is kept in mind. Also as long as alcohol consumption in those areas are kept in control and security shit seems fine to me.

Criminalizing it will probably lead more people to prostitution or more porn or rape.

OP here,

I meant to include things like prostitution in addition to stripping. Probably doesn't make sense on first glance.

Prostitution I think should stay criminal. Main gigantic reason in my opinion is the reputation of mothers with families. There are going to be a lot of stupid inconsiderate women with children that will jump at the opportunity to suck dick for money and catch diseases and introduce the reputation and the diseases into their households with their children and fuck them up mentally and physicall with all that shit.

The law doesn't say "something is OK but not OK if you have children". It's just going to be "something is OK" and when a kid is being fucked with in school because their mother is taking twenty dicks from fathers of other kids in the school and caught herpes from a kiss from their mom and the mom doesn't give a fuck because mothers that would be prostitutes would be shitbags anyway then it's going to fuck up the kids life. The cops would be like "well she's not breaking the law so ain't shit we can do about it".

Not to mention Pornhub and Facebook making that scenario 10x more likely to happen now than it would 20 years ago

No.

We should make it legal for authorities to execute sex workers, sex work enablers and sex worker customers.

Repent soon!

Judgement day is almost here!

Working blue-collar men catch all kinds of diseases, illnesses, allergies and cancers from their jobs + the physical degradation of their bodies

I see no difference

It should be legalized, but it should come with a label for prostitutes, which automatically involves shaming in itself. That way men can identify who is and who isn't so when they meet a girl the normal way, they're not tricked. It would also encourage women to not take this hedonistic path. At the same time, this corrects the sexual market. Women would have to compete with whores and get their shit together. This worked in Australia along this little seaside community. Men could go clubbing and if they didn't score, they'd just go to the brothel down the block. The local women do their best to stay classy in order to attract men, essentially having to work for attention, because they don't want to be reduced to the level of a whore.

Ond of the things I started my post with was "Main gigantic reason in my opinion is the reputation of mothers with families"

Reputation is the key word.

You don't get a scumbag reputation for getting a hernia, or breaking a leg due to work conditions, or breathing in lead or asbestos and being fucked up. That's not your fault and it's not something that is attached to the child of the person.

sexual relations of a parent especially if it's due to work would be attached to the kid because kids would fuck with them over it.

I'm not sure if that's how it is in your country but I would imagine here in the U.S. that would be golden material to fuck with somebody about. Kids get fucked with for much less.

That actually makes a hell of a lot of sense. Incentivizing women to compete in a good way.

Right now women are incentivized to compete in a way that (sometimes) brings out the worst in them. I could say more but I'm tired and will leave it at that for now.

I dunno really. There are places in the world like Australia and Las Vegas where prostitution is completely legal. It is well regulated and that I think is the crux of it. When people think of prostitution they think of dirty street skanks sucking dick for a cup full of nickels by the liquor store. If you legalize something you can regulate it, you can control it to a degree. You can mandate monthly testing for the girls. You can help ensure that everyone uses a rubber. You keep crime off the streets and possibly open a new taxable revenue. You keep the girls away from drug peddling pimps and thus cut down on disease transfer from dirty needles. I mean there really isn't any kind of terrible downside. You mitigate the current problems with prostitution while making the whole thing safer and more profitable for almost everyone.

As a side I should mention that legalizing prostitution is a benefit for both sexes in a way. Women have a new, legal, relatively safe way to make easy money. Lazy girls get a job they can do three days a week and keep themselves fed and clothed. Men get an easy (if expensive) way to get their rocks off. Also it gives women a little more competition in the relationship game. You gotta work to keep your man when easy pussy is legally available right around the corner. All the lonely betas could have a girlfriend for an hour for 300$
