Why do millennials have no work ethic?
Do they seriously think they can live at home and work at Starbucks while continuing on going to college with debt for the rest of their life?

Look at your map again nigger. It's only rural and suburban millennials who don't have any work ethic.
City millennials are all dark green because they're all ultra high IQ.

>no work ethic
>every state has enough millennial workers to have a "median"
that top tier doublespeak is some crazy shit your on, op.
Because of all the single mothers and effeminate fathers. Manly fathers (preferebly right wing) provide children with discipline and later on a strong work ethic and good life and they are a dying breed.

Boomers... you're really going to blame greasehairs for the general western 20-something being as entitled as a general western 20-something nigger?
I was considering one offer in the US, in Kansas, so I did the maths to see how it would look if I decided I want to try it out:
I could fucking survive on your American minimum wage and have savings left, all provided that I would get a flat next to the job so I wouldn't need a car.
Guess what, I found an entire house for less than my rent in Europe.
The entire problem is that the new generation of workers think they're entitled to smartphones, cars, and parties. Once you cut down on those, use last generation's laptops and a classic phone a.k.a. electric brick, your expenses suddenly drop sharply beneath 10k a year

>>they offer me 40k
Negotiate for 100k.
