As long as there's more than 1 person, a hierarchical relationship arises.
Tasks get assigned, and before you know it, it's not anarchy anymore.
Anarchy is chaos, because it means everyone is out to kill you.

Of course there are multiple kinds of anarchy. In a world without rulers, people will still want to live in close cooperation with other people, and they will choose all manner of ways to describe these groupings, with all manner of definitions for "cooperation". I just think my own is the most cooperativest, that's all.

Anarchy is probably a state of future human development. Human nature isn't one thing, its a changeable amalgamation of biology and civilization. Its been shown how civilization changes our genetics. There's no reason an anarchist society if it exists in the future will be any more less based in "human nature" than any other form of organization.
