Why are these guys only called Native Americans? If you are born

Stop calling them Native Americans. All treaties between them and the US Government refer to them as Indians. It doesn't matter what people in East Asia call themselves. It doesn't matter what European explorer met them first. Did he speak with every tribe when he landed? It doesn't matter what politically correct socialists started calling them in the 90's. What DOES matters is the treaties the US Senate ratified with "INDIANS". The legal implications of changing their designation from what the government agreed to ( indians) is dangerous to actual Indians and their claims against the original treaties. By changing their legal designation to "Native American" , you essentially abrogate those treaties (liberals have a habit of this) and everything legally theirs.... unless that's your goal?

There is not one single treaty with a Native American. Thus real Americans do not have any legal or moral obligation to a single "Native" American who legally don't exist and have no rights to their reservations or handouts. Those treaties (as i understand them) were created using a Constitutional process, ratified by the Senate, and binding on all of the real Americans to protect and provide for "INDIANS". Or... are you possibly pushing for this because you know all of this and wish to hurt "Native Americans" by making them a legal non-entity?
