I would stress that the hierarchy should be a meritocracy but yes I tend to agree. A person who is left to his own devices is generally miserable. The same with a person who is in a position that is either above or below his skill level. On the other hand if you have a group of people all working within one hierarchy and every person at the level which suits them best you will have a group of content people who are all working for a goal greater then themselves. We have lost that. No one works for something greater and as a result they are lost.

The "alt-right" is a fiction created to easily lump the enemies of the DNC and Hillary together for propaganda purposes. I don't know why anyone would adopt that label for themselves. Regardless of labels, and despite my cynicism, the left is getting violent. The DNC has unleashed garbage like antifa and normal people are starting to notice the crazy. This will push many people into the arms of the right. What is important is that those that have already made the journey rightward are waiting with sound ideas and the will to execute. As long as the right is not co-opted by idiots looking to line their own pockets we will have a chance.

The Alt-Right has the momentum, and willingness to turn out in the street and hold their own against Antifa. When it comes down to it there can be no real Conservative movement free from violent opposition. A group of strictly intellectual types who want to merely speak at universities aren't going to win over the frustrated and shackled youth of today. The world is far too polarized to be fall in love with reason. The people are yearning for strength, for duty, they want to belong to part of something that matters and live out the hero's journey in their own small way.

There is a ton of overlap of the Alt-Right in other political circles around the web, we have plenty of form and present NRx folks we're on good terms with. In the future those minds can be responsible for crafting the actual policy that gets put into effect, but for not whats needed is to wake up the common man and instead of giving him ideas to think about we need to show them how it feels to be alive again. How it feels to be among your own people, to belong to a real brotherhood, to have pride.

At this point in time there is a good chance that we're headed towards unavoidable violence. The left will not back down from their rhetoric, they can't back down. Extremists do not ever tone down, they only become more radical. Antifa are already willing to stab people in the street, and no university lectures can change it.
