Nazi germany was pro gun rights for everyone apart from jews. They liberalised gun laws up untill ww2, completely de-regulating everything other than pistols and machine guns, although you could still own these if you were a member of the party. The weimar republic had the strictest gun laws ever due to if there subjects were armed they could easily overthrow the goverment.
