From my understanding, it is more of a "Make a new society from the ground up and work together to make a great nation" kinda deal.

The largest issue would probably be that we are starting from scratch. However that is also a massive strength. We can ensure that we create/implement modular infrastructure to make it easier to replace/update it for the current times. This way we won't have to deal with massive infrastructure costs in the future. As well with this, we can see an amazing standard of living with relatively low costs, making the island incredibly wealthy and valuable. That being said, that will make us a large target for Jews.
