Not only should America scrap all diversity initiatives. It should legalize all forms of discrimination.
Diversity forced into workforces and customer bases has only demoralized the productive and rewarded animals for destroying society.
Banks, the government any companies extending credit would have their liabilities plumet. Whites would pay for the defaults of whites, not defaulting shitskins who hate America.
Bars and restaurants wouldn't be forced to work for free when a gaggle of spics and niggers came in. Bars wouldn't have to go out of business by turning ghetto.
Whites only parks would mean much less homeless or loitering hip hop hooligans.
Simple game theory. You don't pool resources with rat fucks if you are an altruistic people.

As far as the workforce, actual discrimination is near ZERO. There was never evidence there was a population of qualified brown/female employees who couldn't get work due to discrimination. There is no evidence such a group quit because of discrimination. Even if the discrimination did exist in some immeasurable way, hiring the less qualified and accusing the productive half of bigotry IS measurably damaging. This is what a bigotry policy has done for the whites. Screaming, unqualified identity hustlers who never stop taking.
Let's let the market put the imaginary discriminated women and the fucking white males to the test. White men hire only white men, and brown, trans, disabled, muslim identitarians hire whoever you want and let the best investors, employees win so the customers can win.
If we're going to do the freedom - capitalism thing it means hire, fire, sell, buy for any reason and let the market reward or punish. Not forcing private companies to hire the less qualified and steamrolling over freedoms for disagreeing with it. Not bullying companies to spending hundreds of millions on re-educating against wrongthink or loaning money to ghetto bastards.

To the board the would say it's something like, they believe society constructed norms that retarded the potential of women to bring their unique and valuable contribution to the market. So by hiring women who aren't qualified we will construct a new norm that won't oppress women. It will be at the expense of white men but they are guilty of bigotry, though we have no evidence of this either, and it's a totally groundless accusation.

The lying accusation of bigotry against the white man causes white men to react as if their dealing with a person who actually thinks they're a bigot and not a race baiting opportunist and we never attack lack of evidence.
