i wouldn't classify Serbia third world and they seem to have a fairly organized system. that said, don't lie. weed under 30 grams on just one offence should be easily considered non-serious. lying about it would reflect more poorly on you.

I am a network engineer, and if i wanted to dwell in the gutter while living off welfare i could have done this in my own shitty country.

I wanna come to canada to work my ass off for decent pay, since an average paycheck in Serbia is ~$200 USD per month (not for my proffession tho, but in general).
