This, but the rules need to be updated. Simplified, really. Have Worksafe and NSFW boards only. Have two sets of rules, one for each category. Blue boards = no nudity, no spamming ads/links/requests.
Pink boards = anything goes, with the exception of some global rules like nothing illegal.

The problem has always been that the rules are almost meaningless, because there's that "quality" rule - effectively letting mods ban for anything they consider "low quality".

Things really have gotten better in the last few years, especially since that miserable little shitfuck moot left, but we need a new toolbox to deal with the influx of plebbit cancer and normies.

Too bad /b/ is dead, they were usually a good resource to clear out anyone unwanted from a board. Their disgusting behaviour appalled 99% of visitors and made the boards a better place for regulars.
